IRCLS has been established in 1977 by Mr. Akbar Hendizadeh. He has wide experience of private and public company mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buy-outs, venture capital investments, joint ventures and corporate restructurings. He was educated in University of Tehran. He speaks Persian and English. Akbar Hendizadeh is member of Iran Bar since 1977.
